1- To pay the provider the rate of Day/ week/bi-weekly or month for Childcare Services for their Child if in attendance of the 1 days or all the 5 days in the week and the pay mandatory every Monday or the first day of the week when coming with the child.
2- If the payment is not received on the first day of the week, $30 fee for one (1) day will be charge and we allow two (2) days of late payment.
3- Overtime care provided after 10 hours will be charge $30/ hour or one dollar ($1/minute). The overtime fee needs to be pay at the latest early in the next day otherwise, your child won’t be allowed to receive childcare services.
4- Every 3 days of attendance consider as a whole week of attendance
5- There is $ 100 enrollment fee (not refundable).
Benefit of enrollments:
A) Celebration of your child birthday with others for free
6- The holidays are legally set substitute days should be paid at the regular agreed upon rule,
although Childcare shall not be provided, refer to holiday closure paper.
7- All parent(s) with 2 weeks not show up for their child at the Childcare location without any notification will lose the spot and will be consider as unnoticed and early termination of the contract.
8- The weekly fee is required regardless attendance of the child
9- Upon signing this contract, a $150 deposit is due to the provider. This deposit will return after the last 2 weeks written notice from the parents, when the child will leave the childcare.
10- The deposit is mandatory for each child and should be pay within their first 2 weeks of enrollment at the childcare.
11- We close our door two (2) weeks yearly. Parents are responsible to pay one (1) of the two (2) vacation weeks.
12- Early Termination contract for any reason if the family wants to enroll again will have to pay the enrollment fee to be approve for the childcare services.
13- Parents have to consistently supply for their Child diapers or pull-ups, two (2) extra clothes.
14- We provide meal, breakfast, lunch, snack in a daily basis.
15- To provide Childcare services to the above name child for the agreed upon hours and days set forth herein except in case of a serious illness and or emergency or immediate termination due to behavior problems with Child or Parent.
16- All of those parents’ obligations are not apply to travelers’ parents
Providers:
19- To provide activities enrichment of the child Care Environment
20- To provide safe, clean environment Daycare Services:
21- Open 13 hours on weekly basis.
22- The week payment included Monday through Friday and 10 hours daily.
23- Care will not provide if the Child is considering having a contagious virus
24- A two-week notice should be given to terminate the service by the parent(s), otherwise, the Childcare Attorney will take this case over.
